Q: What if my Laptop is in Warranty?
A: We preferred for Authorized service center.

Q: Why do you preferred Warranty Laptops to go in Authorized? A: Because Authorized are paid by company, customer don't have to pay for his Problem.

Q: If I agree to pay will you accept my laptop for repair rather Laptop is in Warranty?
A: Yes.

Q: What is the process and charges if I find my Laptop is faulty?
A: You need to submit the laptop in our workshop, within 24hrs we will give you the estimate and time line for repair, after approval we will repaired and return as per time and date fixed. Our minimum Diagnosis charges Rs. 400 (With pick n drop service).

Q: Is your charges are fixed for Laptop Repair?
A: Yes you can check our Standard Charges for every problems.

Q: Do you provide Pick and Drop Service?
A: Yes we provide Pick and Drop Service across Mumbai.

Q: Which are the Laptop Brands you Repair?
A: We majorly repair all Branded Laptops for e.g HP | Compaq | Dell | IBM | Lenovo | Sony | Toshiba.

Q: Will i get the Repair Warranty?
A: No, We don't give any repair warranty.

Q: Is it possible for you to repair my laptop in front of me / Onsite?
A: No, You required to submit the laptop at-least for 6 Hrs.

Q: How will i come to know that my Laptop is in Safe hand / Correct Person?
A: We are in to this business from last 4 years, we are the registered company in Mvat and Service Tax, We also have proper computerized system to track you records (which will notify you with email during scheduling and at the time of closing with every details for e.g charges, type of call, customer name, address, model no, and Ticket No. )
